These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and okta388 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://okta388.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a bet, wagering on any game, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.

• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, trade names, software, content, databases, design elements, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to okta388.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Platform" means the okta388 website, mobile site, and any related applications or services operated under the okta388 brand.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, slot, and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform, subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of bets a User must place using bonus funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with internationally accepted standards for online gambling services. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

6. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited or where use of the Platform would constitute a breach of applicable law. Account registration requires submission of a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. okta388 recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okta388 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify the Platform's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your Account.

The Platform may at any time require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as a condition of continued use, withdrawal processing, or bonus eligibility. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days, addressed to your registered name and address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant bank account or e-wallet interface).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a request may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made through a payment method supported by the Platform at the time of deposit. Supported Malaysian payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or its cryptocurrency equivalent). okta388 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided in the Platform interface.

5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders who hold a positive real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

5.3 Processing Times. okta388 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• DuitNow & Touch 'n Go eWallet (verified accounts): typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• FPX / Online Banking transfers: typically within 1–4 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically within 1 network confirmation, subject to blockchain congestion.

These timeframes are indicative only and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or pending KYC review. okta388 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. okta388 does not apply hidden conversion fees, but cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and conversion may result in a MYR amount that differs from the user's expectation.

6.1 General. okta388 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP programme rewards, and other promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry date.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to an Account must be wagered the specified number of times before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to okta388 welcome bonuses range from 10x to 35x, as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live sports, specific low-margin games) may contribute differently toward wagering requirement completion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potentially the suspension of the Account:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk (including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts, or hedging strategies designed to minimise variance artificially).
• Providing false or incomplete information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Modification & Cancellation. okta388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has partially completed wagering requirements, okta388 will consider on a case-by-case basis whether partial credit is appropriate, at the Platform's sole discretion.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the okta388 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Platform. okta388 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the odds displayed were manifestly incorrect; the event has already commenced at the time of bet placement without adequate notice to the user; or suspicious betting patterns consistent with match-fixing or insider knowledge are detected.

7.2 Sportsbook Markets. okta388 offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and competitions, including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UFC, ONE Championship, and others. Market availability is subject to change. Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and other market types are available where specified within the Platform.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. During periods of network disruption, odds feed delay, or other technical issues, in-play markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured subject to verification of their acceptance timestamp.

7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently tested random number generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-run return rate and are not a guarantee of return within any individual play session.

7.5 Errors & System Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or game logic fault that results in an incorrect display of game result, odds, or payout, okta388 reserves the right to void affected bets or games and return stakes to the affected Accounts. Winnings arising from a demonstrable system error will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or Account.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds feed.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of technological assistance to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of okta388.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or use of insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's Account or to the Platform's backend systems.

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, database compilations, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of okta388 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any Platform content without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software.
• Using the okta388 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okta388, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

10.2 okta388 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

10.3 In no event shall okta388's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

okta388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, okta388 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and authentication.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Pending the closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to you via a supported withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

13.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure. okta388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activity.
• A determination that the Account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

13.3 Balance on Closure. In the event of Account closure by okta388 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. Where closure is due to reasons outside the user's control, deposited real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will generally be returned, subject to AML compliance requirements.

okta388 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment's effective date. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided in Section 13.1.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of okta388's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures established under the applicable licensing authority's framework.

Malaysian Users: Nothing in this clause affects the rights conferred upon Malaysian residents under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
